Because our flowers are fresh and perishable, all sales are generally final.

If you experience an issue with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will do our best to make it right.

Flower availability may vary throughout the growing season, and substitutions may occasionally be necessary depending on what is blooming in the field.

If an order must be cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion depending on the timing of the cancellation.
